ETHAN CHAZIN is the founder and President of The Chazin Group.  He possesses twenty years of experience leading organizations through transformational change across many industries including: manufacturing, banking & financial services, business information, professional services, advertising, retail, and publishing.  He has developed core competencies in marketing, corporate communications, talent management/employee development, business development and strategic planning, while serving nearly all of the Fortune 500 as clients.

As an executive recruiter and career coach he has helped 10,000 job seekers find employment. He is an adjunct professor at New York University, Fordham University, and St. John’s University.

His clients include: Goldman Sachs, the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens NY Chambers of Commerce, St. John’s University, Rutgers University, New York University, SUNY, etc.  He has delivered professional development programs to the NJ Co-Op Education & Internship Assn. and Pennsylvania Assn. of Colleges & Employers, and has given his flagship presentations (Bulletproof Your Career in Turbulent Times, and How to Grow Your Business in a Recession) to academic institutions and associations of business professionals including the Queens and Manhattan Chambers of Commerce.

Ethan specializes in analyzing and assessing the global economy, with a focus on global employment trends.  With this knowledge, he is uniquely qualified to provide projections to academic institutions on programs, course offerings, and areas they need to focus their efforts and resources on.  Through his consulting work within the private sector, he is able to provide critical advice to business owners / employers to monitor in order to remain competitive in the Twenty-First century global workplace.

Ethan has been active in the American Marketing Assn., American Management Assn. and the Business Marketing Assn., and has served on the Board of the Association of Career Professionals New York.  He has been published in numerous business publications and authored the book: “Bulletproof Your Career in Turbulent Times,” appeared on radio programs and participated in panels discussing the state of today’s workplace, industries experiencing job growth, career and professional development.  He received his BA in Communications from Cal. State Univ. East Bay and his MBA from George Washington University.
